In view of the fact that the development of talent management in the general leisure industry is mostly focused on the training and learning of software management, the Department specially plans a special course of "Leisure and Recreation Planning and Development" to cultivate leisure and recreation industry talents with both software and hardware management literacy. The department has been awarded the Employment Program of the Vocational Training Bureau of the Ministry of Labor for five consecutive years. For students who are about to graduate, pre-employment training for professionals in the tourism industry is supplemented, and relevant industry professionals are invited to the school to recruit talents and match employment.

The department cooperates with HERE, a well-known international company, to provide students with practical opportunities and promote course diversion. Full-semester corporate internships to achieve "the last mile of university and the first mile of employment" to enhance students' employability in the workplace.
